How to play a quick song on the electric guitar?

My older brother is visiting for a bit this coming weekend and I thought I would learn a quick “welcome back” song on the guitar. Nothing big. I have very basic knowledge of how to play the electric guitar — if you teach me the notes, I’ll play them.
